Minesh Patel is EA Financial Solution’s Managing Director, specialising in pensions & investments.
Minesh Patel (B.A. Hons) is the driving force behind the company and its core values. He has a wealth of experience in leading the team and the day to day running of the company.
Minesh is married with two sons and he lives in Elstree in Hertfordshire. When not working, he enjoys keeping fit and spending time with family and friends. Minesh is responsible for managing the day to day running of the business, providing support to advisers and developing the business. He undertakes much of the face to face work with business clients, and as a result has created great friendships with many of his clients. His interest in football and his children keep him busy along with the many other activities he enjoys.
Richard Simmonds, Cert PFS
Outsourced Paraplanner
Richard Simmonds is the Director of Alpha Paraplanning Ltd which he set up at the end of 2011. Richard has worked in Financial Services since 1994 and secured his first Paraplanning position in 2001 with a Pension Transfer Specialist. He holds the full Financial Planning Certificate and is busy working towards acquiring QCF Level 4 Diploma status. Richard works in partnership with EA Financial Solutions Ltd providing us with a broad range of financial planning solutions such as writing bespoke client suitability reports. Richard creates high quality technical reports and has signed the Data Protection Register as we take client data confidentiality very seriously.
Lesley Bower
Senior Administrator
Lesley Bower has worked in the financial services industry for more than 17 years. She has worked for EA Financial Solutions since 2003 as a senior administrator, managing the administrative duties for EA Financial Solution’s Finchley office. She thoroughly enjoys providing customer care and administrative support to both colleagues and clients. In her spare time she loves cooking and entertaining as well as eating out and keeping in touch with friends. When she has time she enjoys attending yoga classes and supporting the local cricket club through attending matches and social events.
Bhavna Patel
Business Development Manager
Bhavna Patel joined EA Financial Solutions at the beginning of 2011. Having spent the last 10 years working for a Telecoms Company she brings her skills to her role as EA Financial’s IT support & Business Analyst. Her role involves supporting all the technological issues, writing web-content & updating the back office processes. Bhavna is currently studying for her finance exams in order to further her knowledge of the industry. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, working out and socialising with friends.
